I read this great article in Linux Journal about running Skype on a linux box and hooking it up to your home wiring via a USB to RJ11 thingy. A skype server, if you will.
I would love to do this.
What I can't figure out is this: how can I invoke skype to run from the command line? I don't want to keep the linux box logged in to the graphical gui all the time, much less hook up a monitor and keyboard to it. Plus if the box gets cycled (rare) I want the skype client to restart automatically.
Is it possible to run skype from the command line only on a linux (in my case, Fedora Core 4) box?
