I was wondering the answer to this question:

Suppose I create a program that uses the Skype API AP2AP Create command and create the application named "Test".
Next I run this same program on multiple computer's, all of which are logged in with the same Skype account. Will all program's be able to send and receive message?

No, you have to have each computer running a different Skype account.

So even though you can log in the same Skype user on multiple computers, it is not possible for each computer to create an AP2AP application name Test?
