I'm going to develop a pbx software using the skype API,but i don't know whether i can make several calls at the same time via one skype client?
Can anybody help me?

conference calls -- possible
putting a call on hold, making another call, returning to the first one -- possible
more than one simultaneous call -- impossible

You can use the same Skype ID on multiple computers, or in a Virtual Machine session, but that gets messy.
