Hi,

when I hangup a call the tab with the picture, the red (hangup) button and the green button isn't removed. The green button is disabled, but the red one isn't. Pressing it again doesn't change anything and the tab isn't removed. If I make more than one call, another tab for the call is added, but I can't find a way to remove those additional tabs.

This is with 0.90.0.14.

My Suggestion:
- remove the tab after hangup
or
- remove the tab after pressing the hangup button again

Just conforming this.
I use 0.9.0.14 static version on Debian.

Cannot be reproduced here. Red button always closes the call tab. Is there anything else you guys may have been doing which may cause this? Which party calls who (i.e. is Linux side caller or receiver)? Which party hangs up the call? All scenarios work fine here...

I used to see the failure to remove too.

For current tests I tested Linux to linux. (with .14 on both machines, one Suse 9.1 the other Suse 8.2).

It does not matter who hangs up first, it takes two clicks of the red phone to clear the tab away, one to hang up, and another to remove the tab.

But the hanging around, can't get rid of them, tab problem seems gone.

That's the current intended behaviour. There will also be an option to auto-close call tabs of calls which were terminated normally (i.e. did not have some failure).

I did my test with the echo service. Now it works. I tried several times before I reported this. Strange...

Hi,

I use Skype 0.90.0.14 on my Mandrake 10.0.
Also I have the hanging call-tabs filling up the Skype tab.
I think the tab should only contain
1) The friend list
2) The Dial tab
3) The call list

What else is needed?
Certainly not an entire tab for each and every call I make!
So I think this is a bug, not a feature,
and I suggest the Skype staff to correct this.
