Hello world

I would like to have multiple skype accounts on a computer.
the computer will forward the call to someone (who is on a list and who is online) and tell him which account is it from and the number of the original caller.
Is it possible with the skype API? do i need some hardware?
Does something like this already exist ?
if not, is somebody already coded somthing that will help me ?

Thanks to anyone that will reply .

This looks like a USB device where all the CoDec processes will be done on a computer. If this is the case, expect to have some experiences on bad quality of the audio streams if the host (computer) has to perform several CoDec processes for incoming calls. I once had the Actiontec InternetPhone Wizard installed on my Win2k3 server (a Celeron 2.4GHz with 512MB RAM) and Skype took about 70% of the CPU resources to process any Skype calls. This made my Win2k3 Server unuseable to serve other needs. To make the matter worst, Skype will switch its Base Priority process to HIGH when processing any Skype calls and this makes the computer a complete cripple (unusable).
