I'd like to transfer the SkypeIn phone # from one member of my group to another. It looks like that's not currently possible:

I'd really, REALLY like to be able to do that. My business partner is having serious Internet latency issues and his account has our primary business SkypeIn number. (Oops.) We haven't started promoting the business yet so I can give up and get another number, but...
Also, it would be very useful to have a phone # ring multiple SkypeGroup accounts immediately even if the member it's assigned to is online. Maybe "silent ring" secondary accounts, bringing up one of those popup notification boxes in the lower-right corner of the screen. That way a small business's "main line" could be assigned to one person but if he/she isn't available someone will (hopefully) pick up the call.
Heck, what we need is a "virtual PBX".
