Full Version: Can NOT add user in Skype Groups

Since yesterday I can not add user in my Skype Group. When user press YES on invitation, him disappear from pending list, but not appear in Group.

Anybody have same problem?

MY PROBLEM IS THE SAME. I CAN NOT ADD USERS IN MY SKYPE GROUP.

PLEASE I NEED HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

Have you both raised tickets via help. I also poited to SKYPE staff, but you should/must raise a ticket as well

suggestion from another SKYPE Super User:
no immediate idea. Could it be that they are added to the "ungrouped" list? (just speculating)

I'd like to be that way, but if user is added to a subgroup or ungrouped list, I can see it immediately ))

seems to be a bug ((

I made a new account and tried to invite user, but I failed again

Of course, ticket are raised. I try to add users in "ungrouped" and in any sub-groups - no effect.

Ten minutes ago I can add one user, but next user can not be added as yesterday. :evil:

From 2 days I fight with same problem. Anyone have idea how to slove this problem. I'd like to configure group in company and I can not add any user.
Of course user can see the invitation but after he click "Yes", he disapear.

Hi. If the payment was made via bank transfer, then it takes up to 10 days to make it into Groups account

My problem is the same i have got money on my group account. Two days ago i was able to add users to my group, but yesterday it was imposible, they disapear from waiting list.

The problem SOLVED.

Users must accept invitation ONLY on English, not on other languages.
