I have a query regarding the use of Skype in a Business environment that I hope someone can help me with. It concerns the End User License Agreement (in particular section 2.1) and the definition of the term "non-commercial".

Can someone please tell me exactly what is meant by "non-commercial" in this context?

It appears that Skype is free to use wether in a business environment or at home), but the licence allows only non-commercial use. What constitutes commercial use?

Is making business related calls (wether or not revenue will be generated as the result of such calls) permitted under the terms of the licence agreement?

It means that you can use the Skype program on your business computer to communicate.

You are not allowed to use the name Skype as a trademark for your business or intergrated in your business or web name without the permission of Skype Enterprise.

i take it that it means you cant charge people to use skype as part of your business! (but you can use skype in a business enviroment)
