About 6 weeks ago we credited 10 Euros to my wife's Skype account. This shows up on her account page and has been deducted from our debit card weeks ago.

Yet when she logs into Skype and attempts a SkypeOut call, she is told she has no credit...

My Skype account (on the same PC, different username) works fine.

Is it a problem having 2 accounts on the same machine? :?

All assistance gratefully received,
Martin

Can I purchase credit for more than one Skype name using my credit card?

In order to protect our users we do not permit this.

Similar to other Internet merchants, we have a restriction that only allows you to use your credit card to fund one Skype name. If you attempt to fund two Skype names with the same credit card all orders placed to the second Skype name will be reversed and listed as Cancelled in your account summary. The money will be sent back to your credit card and you will not be charged. Click here for more information on Reversed orders.

If you'd like to administer credits for multiple users you can register for Skype for Business Control Panel which allows you to purchase credit for a group and administer it to various Skype names. For more information about Skype for Business Control Panel please go here:

Sonny - I was aware for this and for that reason we used a different credit card for adding funds to my wife's account. Martin
