If you by chance got to know about Skype from the index page of Paypal.com do not support them by purchasing anything with SKYPE.
Short ago they had a banner advertising free minutes with Skype when using their paying system. I noticed too late the promotion was 7 months old (seven months old), how can that be possible? I strongly recommend you all to avoid this at all costs and pay with card directly or whatever it is offered at your location.
