I check in this site http://www.telcodata.us/telcodata/telco the company that brings tel service in PR. you can try 787 areacode and 868 city code The company is Puerto Rico Telephone Company, in the site you will find adittional inf. I don't know if it is relevant or not

I do not know of any plans to bring out any numbers in this aera code but keep checking the skype store for more infomation.
