How can I handle this problem?
I do not change any path during install.

Please elaborate, which version of Skype you are using?
Please try to uninstall Skype and install again latest version available in www.skype.com

Also please do not install Skype on storage card, cause it might take long time to start up program from there as it is much slower than booting a program from main memory.

Have you installed Skype on external flash? If so, it might help to uninstall and reinstall on main memory instead.

I use XScale pxa270 evaluation board with WinCE 5.0 for academic experiment.
