When another program using API requires the control of the Skype client this ask an OK confirmation for security reason, but can be skipped this confirmation in future every time it is closed and open the Skype client?
When the program is used for the first time the user will be prompted and can answer in one of three ways:
1. Allow this program to use Skype
2. Allow this program to use Skype, but ask again in future
3. Do not allow this program to use Skype
This option can be controlled for each program with the Skype client under Privacy / Manage other programs' access to Skype
