The past few days I have been having two problems. The first is that SkypeIn is going directly to voicemail and not ringing through. This is when I am online and it should be ringing through.

The second problem is that the voicemail message, also the last few days, is not showing up for 3 to 4 hours.

Is anyone else having this problem? I talked to my broadband provider and they checked the modem and report there is nothing wrong with my line.

no ringtone when somebody calls me
my skype ring locally on my computer, but nothing in the caller's phone, whatever is the provider used to dial my number.
no ring, silence, and after n seconds the caller ear the custom voicemail message and can succesfully record one.

Lots of people facing similar problems. And the worst part is, no one from skype is hearing. !!!

Worst, I am not receiving my voicemails too.
