Isn't this what I said about 5 months ago? Why doesn't Skype listen and HEAR what it's users are saying? When does Skype think they will solve the issue or are they following a similar line to my support requests buy
1) Saying there is a problem
2) Saying they are "looking into it" (leading the user into a false sense of security)
3) Then not doing anything about it to apparently see if people forget and in a few months when the topic surfaces again they repeat the whole process without actually doing anything to resolve it.
If this is the way Skype treats it's paying customers then it's days are numbered.
