Hi I am just starting to look into how to use php to dial skypeOut.
So far here's what i have found:
1. use skype API 2.0 and COM wrapper
2. PHP5 does not work with GTK? so use Skype4COM
Can someone please clarify / correct the points above. Also any idea where to get skype4com and also sample code using php.
