Hi,
I'm a new user and just join with the skype. I'm located in Indonesia, and after sign up for the skype, I tried to buy for skypeout, but then it's always failed, can you help me please? Because I don't know what to do then. Is it impossible to buy skypeout if I'm located in Indonesia?

Hi there.... I too am in Indonesia and the error message I get is probably the same as Lia... which is:
* Apologies, but due to security measures, we can not process your request at this time. Please contact customer support for additional information if you have questions regarding your order or account status.
The help site said that some countries' credit cards, such as Spain, is not accepted by Skype's credit card processor. So I would not be surprised if we are on the blacklist as well.
The other option is Paypal, but we run into the same problem (not in the list of accepted countries). Moneybookers.com is cited by Skype as an alternative but will take some time to verify credit card debits. Bank transfer is probably the best bet although the bank charges here are absolutely criminal!
Sorry for all the bad news, but it's not Skype's fault, just those capitalistic money grubbing financial institutions that want to retain their monopoly on banking services!
