Hello all I was wondering if someone could develop a plugin that uses a GUI to ask the following questions:
What is your area code? (answer 315)
Do you wish to dail a 1 before calls? Answer No
would you like skype to auto fill when dailling only 7 digits your local area code? Answer yes

and then auot fill in the numbers when dialing a number.

Then final result should be this.

I dial 849-xxxx, and skype auto puts in +1315849xxxx
If I dial 207-998-xxxx, then Skype dials +1207998xxxx

This would be very helpful especially for those that have a skype phone and don't like having to explain how to use it when other are trying to make a call.

I don't think it would be that hard to develop but I lack the knowledge to do it myself.
