I read the API documentation but it doesn't contain any information for using it in my application(Third party) , How to use skype APIs in my application? Is thier any library or SDK avialable for this?

What type of application you are going to develop. you can develop your own application in different langaues, VB, C# and so on using API's.

i want to develope an apllication which uses skype as backend and provides voip sevices like voice and vedio chat. if i want to write it vc++ , c# or VB. how to acess APIs of skype , is there any library avilable or any sdk for skype app development.

You can use ActiveS Skype API (COM Wrapper), avialable in http://www.khaoslabs.com/actives.php

There are lot of samples avilable in the Internet for VB,VC++and c#.
