after I installed my new skype phone and make calls there is a delay in what I say to the caller on the other end of about 20 secs. Does anyone have any suggestions of what the problem may be

Did you test with echo123 and was there a delay.
Is there a delay in pc2pc calls.

tested with echo123 and everything was fine.
have not tried ant pc2pc calls...just calls to landlines.
the phone works fine on my sisters laptop when I installed it but not on mine

Can you try pc2pc call and also another phone or headset/mic setup and report back.
