You cannot register, use or own a domain name containing a Skype trademark, or any name substantially similar to a Skype trademark without permission, as such use is likely to constitute a trademark infringement. Skype, SkypeIn, SkypeOut, SkypeMe, Skype Zones, Skype Plus, Skype Certified, Skype Compatible and ‘the whole world can talk for free’ are all Skype trademarks.
