I have to assume that there is obvious reasons for these severe limitations to get Skype credit, however, is this really required? I've been a PayPal user now for years and I am verified back to front, shouldn't that be enough proof for Skype. What's the big deal? I think that you lose or risk losing business being so extremely strict with funding policies. I have an urgent requirement to add funds with the groups feature for a college currently in Japan and he's totally cut off from the world cause he can not use his credit card for some unknown reason.
Can Skype honestly not work out some solution other than telling me to wait one more months to allow me to allocate Credit to our corporate users using the groups feature. If PayPal can verify my identity and verify my Credit card is mine, can Skype not accept that judgement.
What do I have to do apart from waiting 3 months to avail of a service.
The alternative of using Moneybookers and being turned down there as well and not getting support or feedback ever really reflect bad on the service offered by both organisations. Just because there's no real competition does not mean we don't need or demand service even for a lousy €10 at a time.
Please Skype, do something about this, help us help ourselves.
