Hi Folks,

I am based in the UK and trying to find some voice contact details for business presales! I seem to be going round in circles, but am baffled that for a voice comms company I can only seem to find email and form links. As a point of principle I always look to speak to a human before I provide my email details! As I am trying to find out what to purchase for business communications to include skype calls from our website to us, distibuted users via PC clients, and a possible future integration with an office PBX and mobiles, what is the correct channel to actualy talk to somebody ?

Cheers,

Mizpah

Presently Skype offers email and forum communications to address questions or issues that customers may have.

OnState Communications is a virtual call center provider that has live customer service agents available, and can help address your Skype questions. We provide click-to-call and ckick-to-chat features that can be placed on your website and then have those calls answered by your agents. Our system can also work with existing PBX system and with Skype.

Check us out at ( www.on-state.com ) or drop us an email sales@on-state.com, and see if we can help solve your telecommunication issues.

Skype's pre-sales and post-sales support are roughly the same at the moment, i.e. difficult to quickly and reliably contact.
There was some talk about Skype having a subscription paid support service, but that was before the takeover of Skype from Ebay, my guess is that all bets are off at the moment.

Whilst Skype is sorting itself out have a look at www.jajah.com if you want a paid for "call me" button on your web pages. The caller does not need to have the skype software on their pc to make contact.

I use Skype for business, but have not abandoned my land line as the primary contact, Skype is not always reliable.
