Can anyone help please?
I am a first-timer on here so not fully aware of protocols buthere goes!

I have received auto produced non-reply emails saying that I have £4 something credit and need to use some of it otherwise I loose it in a month!

When I go onto My Account there is a £0 balance showing, so how can I use the balance I am supposed to when it shows I do not have one???

Ayone got any advice please?
