Hi there,
is it possibile using any Skype version to share my desktop at the same time with multiple users?
If I make a call conference with 30 users and activate desktp sharing, would they see my desktop?

Hey,
Screen sharing works exactly like video calling. It can be done directly between two participants. Once you add more than one person to the call the screen sharing stops.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your answer... Even with business version is not possible to share desktop with multiple users?

That appears to be the case at the moment, yes.

we are assuming that as soon as Skype supports one-to-many video, it will also be possible to share your desktop the same way

Hey Andrea,
At the moment you can only do 1:1 sharing with recent versions of Skype; multiple people cannot view your desktop. If you're open to a third-party application for this, check out
Yuuguu. Their screen share software integrates with Skype, and provides the functionality you're seeking for multiple users. Best of luck!
