Hi, I am familiar with the personal account panel and have recently begun working to transfer my administrative tasks to the BCP and I have ran into a bit of trouble.
The first issue is in choosing an online number via the BCP. In the past using the personal CP I was impressed by the ability to type in a prefix of numbers and seeing the series of online numbers that was available containing that prefix. It is a pretty slick method of choosing your online number.
Unfortunately I created a BCP account, and went to purchase an online number using it and this was not an option. I was wondering why this would be excluded from a control panel aimed at business use, and if there is any way to bring up a specific number via a workaround, such as passing a URL parameter or receiving assitance from a member of the Skype staff.
A secondary issue I was hoping to address is the transfer of my online number purchased before July 2009 to the BCP. I would really love to be able to take full advantage of the potential the BCP affords, but it seems it may not be developed to the point to make it fully worth it yet.
