I just purchased an unlimited US/Canada subscription along with an online number but it does not reflect the discount on my invoice.
Make sure you purchase your Subscription BEFORE purchasing your Online #. Otherwise the system would have no way of knowing whether or not you intended to purchase a Subscription after having purchased you Online #.
