This is my first call from my credit, and it's a local call about 28 seconds, it says 0.025/min in Canada and Skype charged me 0.083CAD which equivalent to almost 4 minutes.

Someone explain to me how this happened?

Yes, there is a Connection Fee which is charged per call. This can be avoided with a Subscription.

Total = 0.084
