I have paid for subscription, received confirmation letter from skype saying my purchase has been delivered, but I can'see that amount on my skype credit?

I paid for unlimited country subscription yesterday (1st Nov) Payment instantly deducted from my ccard account+ subsequently received a "delivered" message. 24hrs later and I still have no credit. Is this normal?

You have purchases a Subscription - not credit.
Subscription purchases are not [and should not be] added to your Skype credit account.
Subscriptions and credit are two totally separate products.

Then my next question is why can't I make calls to landlines or mobiles? Do I need to buy credit to do that also, and if so, why should I bother with subscribing? Am I missing something here?

Hi, I just realised my error. I thought the subscription allowed calls to mobiles. Everything works now. I know this is a different topic, but can I change and transfer funds to skype credit.

Thank you
Neil
if you cancel your sub, the 'refund' will go to Skype credit

then you should change funding source to Skype credit when you buy next
