I downloaded the msvcp.zip ZIP file as per Pamconsult forum and extracted the four files to the \Windows\System32 folder.

This has not fixed the problem this time. Please note that my new computer runs Windows 7 in 64 bit mode.

Latest version of Skype installed. Browser used is IE 8.

Any help would be great!
