I just purchased a $20 card and downloaded it Friday, October 30, 2009. On Saturday, October 31, I used the card to call a local number but the call would not go through because it would not take the pin number
I made about 3 calls. My records show that it should have cost me about 12 cents but INSTEAD I only have $17.23 left, which means instead of 12 cents, I have been charged $2.77.
WHY DID SKYPE DO THIS????
At this rate, my $20 will soon be gone!!!! If Skype does not fix this, I will STOP using Skype phone. I need the $2.60 (approximately) credit back in.
This is stealing!!!
