I have just installed the newest version of Skype and a Logitech C300 webcam. During a video call, I can see and hear the person talking to me, but they can only hear me. My video does not work. Skype recognizes the webcam, and the light on the webcam is on. What am I missing?

It might not be your problem? It might be them.
Call the free test site shown in the link in my signature. And have the other person do the same.
