Should I submit my application for the Skype API Developer competition as soon as it is ready, or wait until the April 15 deadline?

If I can submit my application before the deadline and I do so, am I allowed to resubmit a major update as long as it is before April 15? Or, once I submit it that's it and I can not make any changes or updates even if they are before the deadline?

You can submit your application anytime up until the deadline, and change it as many times as you want.

We will judge the entry in the system on the deadline day.

just wanted to know when the competition will end, because on the Blog site 15th April 2006 was announced, but if you go on reading the details it says:
"2.2 All entries must be received by Skype no later than 12:00 PM GMT. Thursday, March 31st, 2006." (from http://share.skype.com/developer_zone/comp...and_conditions/)
