Just connected with my first video to video conversation. I could see the person I was calling and a smaller window with my own video but the other person could only see her video and not mine. What do we need to change to se the video on her side?

Mostly likely if she cannot render your video then her Screen Adapter driver needs updating.

Also, she should check first to see if she can render the video from my test machine, bill-on-skype-video
