My account was charged yesterday (10/27/2009) for an annual renewal of Unlimited US & Canada 12 months. I canceled this renewal as I no longer require the service, however it indicates that the renewal will terminate in October 2010. I was hoping to have this charge from yesterday refunded in full since I have not used any credit, as indicated by your support page: "How do I request a Skype Credit refund?"
