We need the forums because yo support tickets just Is not working.... this is my last month in skype if i continue with the issue....

I am waiting about 1 month to get an answer to my problem, sent a lot of emails and nothing... I'm unable to call to the only number I need to call in my suscription plan...the only reason to buy the xxxxxxx plan that i can't use.....

When will be my probleman be solved by the support team? i need a solution please?

Now, i buy skype credit (my fail) and when i call a number it doesn't ring... but my credit are charged... and noo, the rate is not the showed in http://www.skype.com/intl/es/prices/callra...USD#allRatesTab the rate is more expensive that call for a landline to mobile


Please, you sell voip services and the services need support...

Now, I have 2 problems, in my suscription i have unlimited calls to landlines, it works to call a lot of numbers but isn't working anymore to call to the most important number, it worked the last month but now that i paid the 3 month of suscription the call is "Connecting" all the time...I try call in various pc's and mobile devices but same thing...

Now, I bought some skype credit to personalize my number, and yesterday I call a mobile 2 times... the 2 times the other phone doesnt sound and I hang off the call... But in muy balance the 2 calls was disscounted and charged by 0:01 sec and 0:02 sec ... and the rate was more expensive that the actual presented in the prices section...

I`m no asking for money back o suscription cancelation, the only thing that i need is my service working please... If you can help me please...

1. Which Subscription? [exact name please].
2. Which number?
Which country?
3. Calls to where?
How much were you charged and what did you expect to pay?
Please advise.

To mobile in Colombia, i expected to pay $0.114 but I pay 0.178 per minute... this is because the connection fee.... it should be more visible in the callrate page or have an * in the rates. This rate is expensive if u compare with call from you landline.

1. Yes - you are correct.
It's because of the connection fee.

my problem is still there.... 1 month and i can´t talk to the number i want for no reason...... ¿the solution? i bought a 12voip.com account from betamax and all is working fine ....i wrote to the customer service and in less than 12 hours i had a reply...in skype 2 months and 1 unuseful reply to download a new version of software

Thank you Norman for your try but the skype customer service is a big fail.. Just read the forum.. when 1.000 of people is having the same issue the problem is skype not the users..... no try your clients like noobs please...


I will continue using skype, but never in life will buy nothing here, i think you could say "is only one persons" but again, read the forum, is not only me...
