After sometimes a few seconds other times up to 10 mins when holding a webcam conversation my computer freezes then shortly after, my screen goes blank. I have to close down my computer and start again. No problem if the caller does not use their web cam but can still see me. This happened on WindowsXP and I have changed to Windows Vista but still happens. Have recently had new motherboard, processor, ram and graphics card but still the same problem. Any ideas.

Hopefully you are on 4.1.0.179 as previous 4.1's caused freezing.

The other thing that will cause freezing is Screen Adapter and web cam drivers.
