Helo,

We run a small online business and our services include phone consulting and accepting orders by phone. What we would like to do is:
- use only one number;
- get access to that number for three or four accounts;
- get usage of call waiting song like "All consultants are now busy, please wait [song]";
Example: a client is calling, every account can notice that call and any account owner can pick it up, so when one of them does, the ringing stops for everyone, like the call is taken...

What can skype offer in this case? :)
