I purchase an online number and 12 month unlimited US calls subscription for $60 US dollars on September 5, 2009. It shows delivered, however, I can not make calls from the account. Calls to the number, provided following delivery of the subscription, work. After following the directions of Skype Support and conducting a procedure to fix an unrelated issue, the problem still exist. Skype Support now advises me I should make the purchase again. The problem I have is I am out 60 dollars already. How do I get my funds returned or this issue fixed?

Is the issue with your Online # or with your Unlimited Plan?
Please advise exactly what the problem is.
If you are subscribed to an Unlimited Plan you are entitled to a 50% discount off the $60 regular annual price of a # which reduces the price to $30.
