I get these messages from people at times saying they want too chat and ask if I want too see there profile.

However when I go into the Skype settings everything is set too People in my contact list only.

My question is, how are they messaging me and getting through too me.

Is there an addon or something where I can block people from the outside unless I choose to allow them on my Skype contacts?
