Hi I am not sure if I am posting in the right plasce. But the other day my friend forgot her password, and pushed the appropriate place to have it reset and sent to her email. But the problem is she pushed and pushed and thought she was not getting the email but she was. And when she tryed using the code she got a messege that she had gotten to many codes and had to wait.

But in order to trying to go around the problem she wanted to uninstall the skype and instal again and create just anothe account. But when she tryed to go in again to skype.com and downlaoad, she only gets a messege to contact her network administrator?. But she has successfully reset her password now but needs to dl skype again And cant get into skype.com and there for can not download it agaoin.

What and how can she fix this? Have they blocked her ip number or what
