I have a dell vostro 1720. In built camera and mic work fine during the 'welcome screen' tests. It seems to work until the moment I make a video call. The little blue light at the top of the screen stays on until the moment I make a video call, as soon as the other person picks up the camera shuts off. Sound works fine as well. I can’t figure out what makes the camera turn off when someone picks up for video.
