I recently purchased said cam and it was a breeze to install. I bought it because it was said to be in HD and have a sharp quality video. Boy, has that been wrong.
I'm running Windows XP SP3 on a new Dell system. Plenty of RAM, HD space and have Verizon FiOS.
I've set my cam to 5.0mp thinking that might be the reason, but to no avail.
I've also read reviews that say some people are seeing the nice quality as claimed but most are not. What am I missing?? This is driving me nuts!
What kinds of settings should I be checking to ensure I get the sharp video quality promised?
