anyone know a way I (living in london)can i phone my girlfriend who is on a swedish mobile, living in norway, without HER being charged any money.
Can i do this on skype?

If her mobile phone provider charges her for talking on her phone, you can NEVER call her mobile phone and her not get charged. That's just illogical. It is the provider of her mobile that is charging her. This can't change with anything you do.
An alternative perhaps is to call from your computer to her computer. If you both use your computers, the call will be free.
