When I load the skype, it works perfectly, logons, but until I get a message! Then it just closes and writes an error:

relocation error: skype: symbol _ZN9__gnu_cxx18__exchange_and_addEPVii, version GLIBCXX_3.4 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference

Do i have to compile the libstdc++ for my system? if yes, what ver. do i have to download and what params do i have to pass to the compiler?

OS: Mdk 10.0
kernel: v2.6.30

Thanks,
Liion

It seems that you have an old version of glibc.
