I never remember agreeing to any auto-recharge facility. The money that has been taken from my account I need to be able to eat for the remainder of the week so I really need it to be refunded.

Are you referring to an Unlimited Plan or to a credit purchase?
What is the value of the charge?

I was on a call and suddenly found my credit increased by $16. I then received an email saying my credit had been auto-recharged for $16. I didn't want this to happen and need that money urgently.

I received an email stating that my money has been refunded and my account has decreased by the refund amount but it has now been eight business days since I received that email and it says in the email 5-7 business days.
