I am new to skype. I am having problems with my online number. Can't seem to get detailed information from customer service.

Email was general. It really didn't solve the problem. My problem is it doesn't happen all the time but a lot of the times. I can make out going calls most of the time.

When someone tries to call my online number I just hear a echo of my voice. Call hangs up on incoming call. forgot to mention it happens on my iPhone and not on my computer.

I tried going to a different place with wifi. Same thing happens. This is very frustrating. I updated iPhone to the latest software through apple. reinstalled skype no help. Did everything that customer support told me to do.

Recontacted yesterday and still waiting for response. Has anyone had a similar problem or knows how I might be able to fix this problem?
