Disappointing service from the Skype accessory shop. On 9 January I ordered a Logistic head set from them and got confirmation right away, then nothing. I cannot trace on their site what is happening to my order when I enquired yesterday by email the reply was:

“We would like to apologize for the fact that due to extraordinary current circumstances, we will not be able to answer your request within our usual response time (between 2 to 4 working days), but that it might take longer until we get back to you with our answer. Your question will be answered as soon as possible. Please do not submit your request a second time.”

What sort of answer is that I shall certainly think twice about ordering any thing from them again and I am stuck in a catch 22 situation as I am unable to cancel the order via my Barclay Card. What is especially galling is the Premium USB Headset is a stock item in most computer stores.

I have just heard from the Accessory Shop it has been shipped to me. That is all I wanted to know that something was happening.

There is singing and dancing in the streets as my headphones have arrived at 13.00 today Monday 23 January. My order was placed on the 9 January so not exactly lightning delivery and if I had been informed of my orders progress I would not have worried, but they arrived in pristine condition and they work well straight from the box.
