i don't know who to talk to so i'm hoping someone here can help me out.
i've been using skype to go on a year long contract, and it just ended last friday oct 9. i added $10 onto my account (buy more credit) hoping i could have used skype to go over the weekend but it wasn't working. then on monday oct 12 i found out that i got automatically charged $29.50 for another year long contract.
how can i get a refund on the $10 i added to my account and how do i get my new number because my old one isn't working even though i'm technically on a new contract now?
