Does Skype intend to let other users watch you're cam. Without you knowing? Mine and a friends cam has been viewed without our approval. Suddenly the guy ask what my gf's learning. And she has not approved to send webcam to this guy. He say he is using a debugger to access the webcams. He also removes my block on skype. In my concern, This is a MAJOR securty flaw

Disconnect you camera.
Switch off in options

Really thats YOUR perogative nothing to do with SKYPE.

And if you mean capturing a picture again windows allows that.
